Anthology by Polymath

Polymath — Email Communications & Anti-Spam Policy

Applies to polymathlabs.ai, anthologyresearch.ai, fellows.polymathlabs.ai, and all Polymath AI Labs, Inc. email sending. Effective July 2026; updated September 2026.

Polymath prohibits the advertising or promotion of this website or our services through unsolicited bulk email (“spam”). This prohibition applies to our employees, contractors, affiliates, and any third party sending on our behalf; violations by any such party result in immediate termination of that relationship.

Recruiting communications

Polymath sends individually addressed, one-to-one recruiting invitations to professionals whose publicly available background matches a specific open role. Every such message: identifies Polymath as the sender; is sent from one of the domains listed on this page (polymathlabs.ai, or the legacy sending domain fellows.polymathlabs.ai), each of which publishes SPF, DKIM, and DMARC; includes a working unsubscribe mechanism; and is limited to at most two messages per role, with no further contact absent a reply.

Transactional mail from anthologyresearch.ai

anthologyresearch.ai sends transactional mail only: sign-in links, interview and take-home invitations, application updates, offers, and task, hours and payout notices, to people who have already applied to or joined the Anthology Fellows program. Recruiting outreach does not come from anthologyresearch.ai; when it happens, it comes from the domains listed above. fellows.polymathlabs.ai remains listed as a legacy sending domain. anthologyresearch.ai publishes SPF, DKIM, and DMARC, and the opt-out and abuse commitments below apply to it in full.

Opt-outs and suppression

We honor all unsubscribe and do-not-contact requests immediately and permanently via an internal suppression list, and we verify addresses before sending to minimize misdirected mail.

Mailing lists

Polymath does not operate subscription mailing lists. If we introduce one, it will use confirmed (closed-loop) opt-in.

Reporting abuse

To report unsolicited mail claiming to be from Polymath, or to request removal, contact support@polymathlabs.ai, or reply “unsubscribe” to any message. Reports are investigated within two business days.
